MY Work
I joined the Master's Program in Interaction Design and Information Architecture in September 2020. It was a great experience working closely with classmates with different backgrounds and experiences and interacting with real clients.
As part of my Master's Program in Interaction Design and Information Architecture, I worked with the Market Center Merchants Association and Bromo Arts District in conjunction with the Design for Distancing initiative. They developed The Meadow, a temporary civic design to encourage responsible social interaction that draws attention to the Downtown/Seton Hill neighborhood area.

The Initial Phase
As a part of my Master's Program in Interaction Design and Information Architecture, I collaborated with the Veterans Health Administration on a project to enhance the standard of care for mental and physical health. Focusing on Clinical Application Coordinators (CACs) in VA Hospitals, the project involved developing a space to provide user-centered tools and resources (VHA UX Guide).

Phase 2
In the project's second phase, our efforts were dedicated to the analysis and categorization of information through the Card Sorting research method. This method led to robust findings that influenced our subsequent deliverables. The insights gained in this phase not only shaped our approach but also ensured the future creation of impactful user-centered solutions.
